You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• An unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong-item claims.
• Warranty items are replaced, not refunded, unless a replacement is unavailable.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable except for our own shipping mistakes.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the product is received back.
